Prompt and timely delivery is important part of our service. For same-day delivery, orders must be received before 4:00 p.m. in the recipient’s time zone . Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We ship most orders within 24 hours of receipt of order unless otherwise requested. Please note that orders will be processed on a first come, first served basis.
During the peak seasons such as Valentine’s day, Mother’s day and Christmas, please allow us 24 hours to prepare for shipping. We strongly recommend to place any large orders early enough to ensure availability and production time.
We try to accommodate customer’s requests for specified time range to the best of our ability, but we cannot guarantee it. Morning delivery order must be placed a day before the delivery date.
Your flowers arrangement is our responsibility. We make every effort to ensure that your flowers arrives in perfect condition. However, if your flowers arrives damaged, or if we make a mistake with your order or the product is defective, we will be happy to replace it. Please note, you must report damages or mistakes to us within 24 hours of receipt of the gift.
Please ask your recipient to keep all damaged merchandise and packaging as it will need to be returned to us.
When you order custom designs, they will be produced as closely as possible to the picture. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value Please remember that each design is custom made. No two arrangements are exactly alike. Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and color substitutions of flowers may be necessary. Prices and availability of seasonal flowers may vary.
Delivery service is available from Monday through Sunday.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
Upon your request we call the recipient to arrange a delivery that is convenient in time to the recipient. In the event that no one is home at the time of delivery, we reserve a right to leave the gift to a neighbour with a delivery notice to the recipient home.
Customer is responsible for the second delivery charge for bounced items that have been resulted from customer giving us a wrong delivery address, long absence of the recipient due to vacation or so, or the recipient rejecting to receive the item.
Vanda Florist and its couriers are not responsible for delays due to weather conditions, interruption on public infrastructures.
Delivery fees are subject to change without notice.
Product Returns and Refund Policy
- All claims must be made within 24 hours of receiving the product ( must have receipt and the defect product)
- We are not responsible for any product that has been received more than 24 hours.
- Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds on any merchandise ( flowers, vase, chocolate… etc.) that is not returned or after its intended use or consumption.
- If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of one of our products, please contact us immediately by electronic mail or phone, and we will gladly provide a replacement.
- Any problems must be reported upon delivery. All service charges, handling charges, delivery charges or shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Duplicated orders, orders accidentally placed, orders where delivery was attempted, and/or orders cancelled before their scheduled delivery date may be refunded for the product price with a 30% cancelation fee applied.
